Therapeutic Chinese yam to nourish the spleen and strengthen the body
Every time I give a health lecture, when I talk about qi deficiency, spleen deficiency, and excessive water and dampness, I will ask the friends present to look at each other's tongues to see if there are any teeth marks. It turns out that most people have it. This is a sign of qi deficiency. . At the same time, if you are accompanied by fatigue, weak voice, lack of breath and laziness, weakness of limbs, wheezing at the slightest movement, pale complexion, easy to have unformed stools, fear of wind and cold, easy to catch a cold, etc., then there is a possibility of Qi deficiency. It's even bigger.

So, how to replenish Qi? There are many prescriptions in traditional Chinese medicine, and among the dietary therapy methods, we have the famous Huaiyam. Huaiyam can greatly replenish the qi of the lungs, spleen and kidneys, and has a strong power to improve righteousness.

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that yam has a sweet taste and a white color that enters the spleen and lungs. It can nourish the lungs, spleen and kidneys, and has neutral medicinal properties. Huaiyam is a rare traditional Chinese medicine that strongly activates the function of the spleen and stomach. Its ability to nourish the spleen and lungs is difficult to replace with other things.

The quality of Huaiyam is also very important. Only good quality can have good strength. The Xinjiajia Huaiyam from the public account "Huaishan Medicine Shop" that I always recommend to everyone is high-quality and authentic loam soil that is pollution-free. After taking Huaiyam, many friends sent feedback and said they felt very benefited.
