Who We Are
Faxne designs and manufactures injection devices from four facilities in China — Chengdu, Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Shenzhen. We make reusable insulin pens, auto-injectors, HGH pens, and glass cartridges.
Our customers fall into two groups. The larger group is individual users: people managing diabetes, using GLP-1 medications like Ozempic or Mounjaro for weight loss, or taking growth hormone therapy. They buy our pens because they want a device that lasts — one reusable pen instead of dozens of disposables. The smaller group is clinics and compounding pharmacies that order in bulk for their patients.
We also do OEM and ODM manufacturing for pharmaceutical companies. If you need custom-branded injection devices for a drug delivery program, we can build to your specifications.
What We Make
- Reusable injection pens — for insulin, GLP-1 drugs (semaglutide, liraglutide, tirzepatide), and HGH. Metal and plastic body options. Compatible with standard 3ml cartridges.
- Disposable injection pens — single-use pens for clinical settings or travel.
- Auto-injectors — for prefilled syringes (PFS). Spring-loaded, one-click activation.
- Glass cartridges — 3ml borosilicate glass, sterile, with plunger and aluminum cap. ISO 13485 compliant.
- HGH pens — designed specifically for growth hormone delivery, including dual-chamber options for lyophilized formulations.
- Pen accessories — needle tips, travel coolers, sealing machines.
Where We Ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, France, UK, Germany, and over 20 other countries. Our warehouse processes same-day orders placed before noon. Most orders arrive within 5-12 business days depending on your location.
