Ginseng second
The same tonifying qi, ginseng in Northeast China is warmer, American ginseng in Canada is colder, and American ginseng produced in the United States is slightly cooler in medicinal properties.
The best ginseng is wild ginseng, and there are not many of them now; then there is Yishan ginseng; raw and sun-dried ginseng has a stronger effect of nourishing qi; repair.
When there is exogenous syndrome or heat syndrome, ginseng should be used in combination with other medicines, and a doctor should be consulted; when there is obvious yin deficiency, American ginseng can be eaten.
Special attention: Don't give ginseng to children indiscriminately, and ask a doctor to prescribe it if necessary.
Ginseng should try to avoid contact with ironware, and do not eat it with radish.
