When I was in high school, my stomach felt bloated and uncomfortable all day long, and I always went to the hospital to report several times a week. Various examinations and treatments did not improve.
Until I met Director Huang at the Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, every consultation and prescription she prescribed eased my symptoms step by step. In addition, I asked many questions. Even though I was busy, Director Huang patiently explained and was friendly. The attitude makes me love Chinese medicine even more. When I was filling out my application in college, the medical major attracted me like a black hole. Even though my parents explained that it was not easy to get a job, I resolutely chose the acupuncture and massage major of Chinese medicine.
The five-year study career in the university has deepened my love for Chinese medicine, because of the study, it has opened up my narrow vision of Chinese medicine. I like to listen to the teacher's explanation of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases", "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber", "Huangdi Neijing", etc., to understand the development of Chinese medicine, and to enter the thoughts of ancient doctors. The more than one hour class is still full of meaning. I became more fond of Chinese medicine because after watching CCTV's "Chinese Medicine", I analyzed a prescription for each case, which reflected the syndrome differentiation and treatment of Chinese medicine, which varies from person to person. The breadth and profundity of Chinese medicine makes me respect the theoretical thinking of ancient doctors.
Learning Chinese medicine and using it has given me a deeper understanding. When relatives and friends are unwell, I can listen to them and ask them about it, and use the green therapy of Chinese medicine. In the past two years of graduation, I have deeply realized the importance of Chinese medicine in modern society. Although some scholars criticize Chinese medicine and even want to cancel Chinese medicine, it is because they have not really understood Chinese medicine and entered the world of Chinese medicine. There are misunderstandings, which requires us Chinese medicine practitioners to let more people understand and love it. Although many therapies cannot be explained by current science, I believe that its curative effect exists and will one day be explained by scientific methods.
