Guipi Wan
Modern people consume too much mental energy and effort, while "the heart hides the mind", loss of effort will lead to restlessness, insomnia at night, and lack of energy during the day. Overthinking, sad, spleen, and liver. Qi and blood alternate, and blood loss can also lead to Qi deficiency.
Guipi Wan was used as a decoction in the past, called Guipi Decoction, which was recorded in "Jishengfang" by Yan Yonghe, a famous physician in the Song Dynasty, but there were no angelica and polygala in the prescription. Later, in the Ming Dynasty, the famous doctor Xue I have added these two herbs to form the prescription we are using now.
