Chinese medicine teaches me how to live | Fan feedback
When describing the birth of a hero in ancient novels, they will deliberately depict some visions, such as purple clouds all over the sky, golden light shining all over the sky, or birth with jade. When I imagined my own birth, I also added some mysterious colors to myself, such as the fragrance of medicine in the surrounding room. Because my parents are doctors, Chinese medicine has formed a relationship with me since I was born, and has been with me since I grew up. I have been thinking, why was I born in a family where both parents are doctors? Could it be because I was weak and sickly when I was young, and God deliberately did it because I was afraid that I would die young? So far, I still don't know the purpose of God's arrangement, but I am more and more aware of the influence of this family environment and Chinese medicine on me. These influences are related to worldview, methodology, shape my character and even determine what kind of person I will become.

When I was a child, my father liked to make me read books standing up, and all the books I read were medical books. The one that impressed me the most was "The Miracle Doctor Sees Doctors in This Way". Now I have forgotten what was said in the book, and I have forgotten who these miraculous doctors are Who, how exactly do they treat patients. Only a few illusory shadows can be found in the vague impression, but these shadows together form the image of a doctor, to be precise, the image of an ancient doctor. They study hard, learn skills diligently, treat others equally, and serve the world well. They are as noble as scholar-bureaucrats, but not arty. In this way, the doctor is also a saint. Influenced by these role models, it is difficult for me to become a self-seeking, sinister and treacherous villain. As I grew older and learned more, my understanding of this issue rose to another level. What kind of social environment can produce gentlemen and sages, and what kind of social environment can produce the current Chinese people, a group of Chinese people who I think have not inherited and carried forward the fine traditions of their ancestors. We're not born this way, we're just this way, the question is, why do we become this way.

During the winter vacation, I listened to the "Tao Te Ching" lectured by Dr. Luo, the audio of the tongue diagnosis, watched the online video course on the basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with the book "The Kingdom of Giant Babies", and the answer slowly emerged in my heart.

I often hear people say, "Either stand out or be out." I often hear parents asking their children to "win at the starting line." Influenced by this view, the post-90s have not yet taken up the banner of leading economic development. The first to carry the banner of hair loss and baldness, the children affected by these views are like hardworking bees, flying around between training classes and cram schools, but have they really harvested honey? Do you really feel the joy of learning? Is it just as their point of view says, life is a fierce competition, a race to catch up with each other? But if you are busy surpassing others, when will you have time to be yourself? Can a person affected by the law of the jungle calm down and spend his life doing one thing well?

Chinese medicine thinks so. A person's life is more like an energy ball. He hides his energy in the winter and goes outdoors to absorb more energy in the summer. The reason why people can grow vigorously is because the energy in the body is constantly accumulating, and the energy ball is getting bigger and bigger. The reason why people age and lose color and their health deteriorates is because the energy ball is getting smaller and smaller and there is insufficient energy in the body. When there is no energy in the body, people will go to the west.

Life is a process of accumulating energy and consuming energy. Staying up late, sitting still for long periods of time, preferring style over warmth, etc. These behaviors prove that our daily behaviors consume more energy than accumulate energy. We all know in our hearts that these behaviors are bad, but we refuse to change them despite repeated admonitions. If we do, we will repeat the same mistakes again. The reason lies in the lack of knowledge about health care, and they do not know that every act of willfulness will lay the root of illness. Just as Ji Kang said: "The husband is a crop in the Tang Dynasty, and those who have done one irrigation will eventually die, but they will wither after one irrigation. However, the benefits of one irrigation cannot be falsely accused. The world often says that one Anger is not enough to be invasive, a sorrow is not enough to hurt the body, and it is light and unrestrained, and it is still ignorant of the benefits of watering, and those who look forward to the good grains in the dry seedlings." Slowly we become the characters in "The Kingdom of Giant Infants". The "wizened" people described are shriveled up, both physically and mentally.

There are countless ways for people to live, and I prefer the way Chinese medicine teaches me.
