The notes I compiled are based on the textbook "Prescriptions" of the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and some prescriptions that I think are good. The prescriptions written are all my personal experience, and the analysis methods are mainly based on the six meridians and the viscera. I am not a medical professional, studying medicine is purely a hobby. It is normal if there are mistakes in the text.

Deficiency of the spleen produces dampness, stagnation of qi produces heat, and intermingling of dampness and heat causes clear yang not to rise and turbid yin not to fall, so the above-mentioned symptoms can be seen. Treatment should strengthen the spleen and remove dampness, regulate qi and clear away heat, so use ginseng, Atractylodes macrocephala, licorice, and astragalus to invigorate the spleen and replenish qi; Relieve the exterior and promote yang; Notopterygium, Duhuo dredge collaterals and promote yang; Astragalus, white peony root, jujube, and licorice nourish blood;
"Medical Prescription Collections": "Six gentlemen help yang and nourish the stomach, and are the top medicines for invigorating the spleen and stomach. Add astragalus to nourish the lungs and strengthen the defense, peony to restrain yin and adjust the prosperity, notopterygium, solitary, windproof, and Bupleurum to relieve dampness and pain. The surface raises the clear yang, Poria cocos and Alisma purpura reduce the turbid yin by purging dampness and heat, Shao Zuo Coptidis reduces yin fire, tonifies the middle and disperses, and the hair has a harvest, so that the qi is sufficient and the yang rises, then the positive is prosperous and the evil is subdued."
Spleen deficiency and damp heat often manifest as gastric lesions, common symptoms such as nausea, belching, hunger, and bad breath. Helicobacter pylori infection also mostly belongs to stomach damp-heat syndrome, which can be treated with this prescription, but syndrome differentiation is still required in clinical practice, and it cannot be generalized.
