In the second half of last year, I came into contact with Luo Bo's official account. Although I have followed it for a short time, I feel that my physical and mental health have improved a lot. I simply write it down to express my gratitude.
I am a history major, so I have a special interest in ancient Chinese and traditional culture. In recent years, I have not been busy at work, and some unsatisfactory things have happened. I feel quite useless and feel that I cannot waste it like this. As long as I live, I plan to learn some traditional culture to enrich my mind, and at the same time start running to keep fit, hoping to improve my overall quality from body to mind.
I first started reading "The Analects of Confucius" by Teacher Nan Huaijin. I planned to learn all the classics of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. When I read "Lao Tzu He Said", I wanted to see what others explained. Yes, in this way, I found the Tao Te Ching explained by Luo Bo, and I fell in love with it all at once: What Luo Bo said was so inspirational and thoughtful, it was completely opposite to the views of the past. I listened to more than 300 audios day and night, and reflected on myself while listening. I finished listening quickly, and felt that my heart was relieved a lot, and I could let go of entangled things. I can understand the difficulties of the leaders. I can understand the hard work of my subordinates, and I can try my best to be calm in the middle position.
In connection with the body, I am particularly impressed by the content of Chapter 144, "When you can't figure it out, you get tangled up. When you get tangled up, your liver qi is uncomfortable. If your liver qi isn't relieving your lungs, you have problems." Why do you relapse in the future? You can find the answer in this chapter.
After chasing the "Tao Te Ching", I listened carefully to the story of Zhang Xichun explained by Luo Bo twice, and began to use traditional Chinese medicine to regulate my body. I feel that my body still has a lot of debts. I will summarize the process of conditioning my body with Luo Bo's explanation in the past six months.
1. Stir-fried jujube seeds treat palpitations and palpitations: I am usually very timid, and I would feel flustered and frightened when others pass me by on a bicycle. After listening to the audio, I bought 10 grams of fried jujube kernels, smashed it and took it, and it returned to normal.
2. Liyushengsheng Tang plus cornus cured my 30-year qi deficiency and hyperhidrosis: In the summer when I was 15 years old, my father asked whether the child had tuberculosis, and he sweated so much after eating. I always remember these words. For so many years, I have been sweating a lot immediately after eating something hot, and this is always the case in winter. There is a pain point on the left side of the navel in the lower abdomen, which hurts from time to time, but it is not very serious, and has not been treated. Last year, when I heard Chapter 17 of the Chinese medicine audio, I felt that it was too consistent with my own situation. I went to the hospital and bought three sets of Liyushengxian Decoction and 30 grams of cornus. After taking it, it was basically normal.
3. Soaking the feet for uncomfortable liver qi not only soothes the liver but also clears the moisture in the body: According to Luo Bo’s tongue diagram, I think I have a phlegm-damp constitution. I found that all the medicinal materials of the former are contained in the latter, and the latter is an upgraded and enhanced version of the former. I bought seven pairs of the latter. On the sixth day of use, the coating on the tongue became thinner and the stool became loose. It has also improved, and the effect is very obvious.
4. Jingui Shenqi Pills plus Sandou Wumei White Sugar Decoction for hot flashes and sweating: I am 46 years old, and I am about to enter menopause. Sometimes I will have hot flashes in the afternoon (the body suddenly becomes hot and sweaty), and at night there will be hot flashes. Sometimes I get hot, the bedroom is still hot even after the heating is turned off, I always want to stick my hands and feet out of the quilt, and I wake up more often, two or three times a night. I feel that it should be kidney qi deficiency. After taking Jin Kui Shen Qi pill for three days, the situation of waking up at night has obviously improved, and now I usually get up once at night. After using the foot soaking formula, I found that my tongue was very red, and I felt that kidney yin deficiency was more obvious. I took three beans, black plum and white sugar soup to replenish body fluids. On the fourth day, I felt obviously cold at night. The heating in the bedroom was turned on again, and my body no longer felt abnormally hot and sweaty.
5. Chinese yam powder plus three beans, ebony and white sugar soup to treat colds: This winter, the cold is a pandemic, and I have been caught two or three times. However, I reacted quickly and nip the cold in the bud. As long as you feel chills all over your body, you should quickly drink Huaiyam powder. Generally, you drink three-bean ebony and white sugar soup two or three days a week. This winter's cold is eliminated on the same day.
6. Panax notoginseng powder, Taohong Siwu decoction and Yuling ointment are used to regulate blood deficiency and blood stasis: According to the tongue profile, I found that my symptoms of blood stasis are quite serious, with heavy menstrual flow and blood clots. According to Luo Bo's explanation, we should replenish blood first and then clean up congestion. I was impatient and started taking Panax notoginseng powder without replenishing blood. I also soaked my feet with Taohong Siwu Decoction during my menstrual period, which resulted in insomnia. I knew very well that it was caused by blood deficiency, so I quickly bought Yuling ointment and took it, and my sleep became normal. After two cycles, menstruation became normal without blood clots. There are still ecchymoses on both sides of the tongue and the tongue is dark red. The congestion cannot be cleared quickly. I plan to take 3 grams of Panax notoginseng powder a day for a long time. I have been taking Yuling Ointment for three months, and I will continue to take it in the future, but the amount will be slightly reduced. Taohong Siwu Decoction is also used at intervals.
I started running the year before last. I ran from scratch to a half marathon in one year. I lost 15 or 16 pounds. Last year, I ran less but my weight didn’t come back. I think it’s all because of following Luo Bo to regulate my body. After all, there’s something inside my body. If it is unblocked, nutrients can be absorbed normally and waste can be excreted normally, and the body will not easily gain weight.
In the process of studying with Luo Bo, I often tell others about my learning experience and recommend suitable prescriptions to others. However, some people are still relatively resistant to Chinese medicine, and some people simply do not believe in others and feel more and more The more kind-hearted people are, the easier it is to accept. Those who do not trust others and do not accept help from others are those who have no blessings.
During one lecture, Luo Bo joked that people who study Chinese medicine are like spies, always observing others secretly (not the exact words, just the meaning of the picture). I think that's what I am now. There is a woman in my workplace who is about the same height as me and weighs two kilograms more than me. She wears clothes of the same size that are looser, while I wear tighter clothes. This makes me very confused. I looked at her tongue profile, combined with the frequent acne on her face and difficulty in defecation, and thought she had a constitution of yin deficiency and internal heat. I have a phlegm-damp constitution, and the two of us are like hard-noodle steamed buns and soft-noodle steamed buns. We have the same weight but very different sizes. Now during meetings, I secretly observe which person is a hard-faced steamed bun type and which person is a soft-faced steamed bun type, and what may be the reasons for their type. I feel like I'm a little crazy, I hope I don't get into a crazy situation, haha!
