When qi stagnation turns into fire, it becomes fire stagnation, with bitter pantothenic acid in the mouth, nausea (mào) and red urine;

When qi and blood are stagnated, water and dampness will condense into phlegm, forming phlegm stagnation, and movement will cause panting;
