Insomnia, in addition to soaking feet, cupping can also be used
After a day of work, we come home with a tired body and mind. What we need most is a hot dinner and a sound sleep until dawn. However, due to various reasons, some people lie in bed but cannot fall asleep for a long time, or wake up easily during sleep, which not only affects health, but also affects work and life. Insomnia is distressing, and not being able to rest when you should be is excruciating.

Insomnia, known as "insomnia" in traditional Chinese medicine, refers to the inability to obtain normal sleep, difficulty in falling asleep, easy to wake up in the middle of sleep and early awakening, decreased sleep quality, significantly reduced sleep time, and even sleepless nights, seriously affecting health and quality of life. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the main cause of insomnia is the dysfunction of qi, blood and viscera inside the body. The main pathological mechanism is the imbalance of yin and yang, where yang does not enter yin and floats outside. Under normal circumstances, when sleeping at night, the Yang Qi in the body should be latent inside. When the internal organs are out of balance and the yang does not enter the yin, the yang qi will float outside. Because the yang qi is active, it will make people easy to wake up or difficult to fall asleep after waking up. This is also the root of insomnia. Therefore, the treatment should focus on the harmony of yin and yang. The balance of the viscera is gradually adjusted, and insomnia is gradually improved.

To treat insomnia, there are many traditional Chinese medicine methods, such as decoction, acupuncture, moxibustion, acupoint massage with cupping, etc. Today, I will introduce to you the method of tapping on the back-shu points of the five internal organs and cupping.

Feishu

On the back, when the spinous process of the third thoracic vertebra is under, 1.5 cun laterally.

Heart Yu

On the back, when it is under the spinous process of the fifth thoracic vertebra, 1.5 cun laterally.

Ganshu

On the back, when the spinous process of the 9th thoracic vertebra is under, 1.5 cun laterally.

Spleen Yu

On the back, under the spinous process of the 11th thoracic vertebra, 1.5 cun laterally.

Shenshu

In the spinal column area, under the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebra, 1.5 cun lateral to the posterior midline.

Operation method:

Take the prone position, select acupoints, perform routine disinfection, gently tap the skin of the acupoints with your wrist, and add cupping for 15 minutes to the degree of flushing. If there is bleeding, wipe the blood with a sterile cotton swab after taking out the tank, disinfect with iodine, and do not need to bandage. The above method is given once every other day, 15 times as a course of treatment, and there is a 2-day rest between courses of treatment.

We have recorded the specific operation methods of acupoint selection, tapping, and cupping for everyone. The video is 3 minutes long. It is recommended to play the pictures in a wifi environment

Insomnia is now a relatively common disease in life. In recent years, with the great changes in society and the acceleration of the pace of life, the number of people suffering from it has gradually increased. Most people will choose to take sedative drugs to help sleep. Although the use of sleeping pills has a history of one hundred years, drug dependence, adverse reactions, addiction and "hangover" phenomenon are still the main problems that limit its application. Select the back-shu points of the five zang organs, through the gentle stimulation of cupping, it can reconcile the functions of the five zang organs, ventilate Qi and blood, so as to achieve the purpose of balancing yin and yang. At the same time, tapping combined with cupping is easy to operate, has obvious effects, has little adverse reactions, has no drug dependence, and is safe and practical.

Nowadays, people tend to check Moments, Weibo, clockwork status, etc. before going to bed, which greatly delays the time to fall asleep, affects sleep, and also affects their vision, which is also a cause of insomnia. Therefore, before treatment, we must develop good living habits and avoid bad habits from affecting sleep. Before going to bed, you can drink a cup of warm milk, soak your feet in warm water, etc., which can help you fall asleep.

In addition to tapping acupuncture and cupping, you can also use massage and cupping at Beishu points. The following introduces to you:

Take the supine position. Use the right middle finger to press and rub Yintang point for 1 minute, rub Shenting for 1 minute, and then press from Shenting to Qianshencong, Baihui and Houshencong, and press each point for 1 minute. Massage the navel and abdomen with palms for about 3 minutes, operate in a counterclockwise direction, and rub Zhongwan, Xiawan, Shenque, Qihai, and Guanyuan for 1 minute each. After pressing and kneading the above acupoints, use the heels of your palms to push the Du Meridian 3 to 5 times from top to bottom, depending on the local feeling of heat. Take bilateral bladder meridian Xinshu, Geshu, Ganshu, Pishu and Shenshu, and use the flash fire method to pull out a cup respectively, and keep the cup for 10 minutes each time, depending on the degree of local skin flushing. The above treatments were given once a day, 6 times as a course of treatment, with a 1-day rest between courses of treatment, and a total of 4 courses of treatment.

By pressing the Du Meridian acupoints on the head and face, it can ventilate Yang Qi, calm and soothe the nerves, and by pressing the Ren Meridian acupoints on the abdomen, it can induce Qi to return to the original, cultivate the kidney and strengthen the foundation. Therefore, through the above-mentioned Rendu meridian massage, it can balance yin and yang, and reconcile qi and blood. The bladder meridian on the back is the acupoint on the back where the qi of the five viscera and six fu organs is infused. Through the gentle stimulation of cupping, it can reconcile the functions of the five viscera, ventilate qi and blood, and achieve the purpose of balancing yin and yang.
