【Composition】Shujiao stir-fried to remove sweat, Erhe (6g), dried ginger Siliang (12g), ginseng 2liang (6g)
[Usage] Shangsanwei, take four liters of water, boil two liters, remove the water, one liter (30g) of glutinous glutinous rice, boil one and a half liters on low heat, and then take it at different temperatures, such as one hectare, you can drink two liters of porridge , and then take it more, eat the chyme one day, and cover it warmly (modern usage: decoct in water, drink with maltose).
【Function】Warming middle-JIAO tonifying deficiency, relieving spasm and relieving pain.
[Indications] Deficiency of Zhongyang and abdominal pain caused by excess of Yin and cold. Severe cold and pain in the heart and chest, vomiting and inability to eat, cold in the abdomen, head and feet appear on the upper flushing skin, pain in the upper and lower sides, and can not be touched, white and slippery tongue coating, thready and deep pulse, and even the limbs are faint.
"There are heads and feet on the upper part of the skin, and it hurts up and down and cannot be touched." I still don't know what this symptom looks like. Some people say it is ascariasis, and Dajianzhong Decoction is indeed effective in treating ascariasis. This symptom Let's put it in doubt. However, it doesn't matter if you don't know, we are matching prescriptions and syndromes, not prescriptions and syndromes. The first principle of using prescriptions is to analyze the pathogenesis and syndrome, and the second principle is to adjust measures to the three factors. As for the description of the symptoms in the article, it doesn't matter, it doesn't affect our use of this prescription.
Dajianzhong Decoction is also used to treat deficiency and coldness of the spleen and stomach. It consists of four herbs, two tonic and two to dispel cold. Deficiency of Zhongyang, Yin-cold internal coagulation, so abdominal pain can be seen. Stomach cold is reversed, so vomiting is seen. The tongue coating is white and slippery, a sign of condensation of cold and dampness. The pulse is thin and stringy, showing signs of blood deficiency and cold congealation.
Zanthoxylum bungeanum is also known as Shujiao, Qinjiao, Chuanjiao and Bajiao. As the name suggests, it was produced in Bashu area of Sichuan in ancient times. Spicy in taste, warm in nature, slightly poisonous, belongs to the spleen, stomach and kidney meridian, the main effect is to warm the middle and relieve pain; dried ginger warms yang and dispels cold and relieves pain, enters the five internal organs; ginseng nourishes the middle and nourishes qi; maltose nourishes deficiency and relieves pain. There are three painkillers in the four medicines, so Dajianzhong Decoction has a very strong pain relief effect.
Compared with Xiao Jianzhong Decoction, Da Jianzhong Decoction tends to dispel cold, and Xiao Jianzhong Decoction tends to tonify deficiency.
