56% of liver B mutant strains become liver cancer within ten years
Why does hepatitis B evolve into liver cancer? Research by the National Institutes of Health found that if a pre-S (hepatitis B surface protein) mutant strain appears in the blood or liver cells of hepatitis B carriers, up to 56% of the carriers will develop the disease within ten years. It becomes liver cancer, which is twice as common as that of ordinary carriers.
The research team of Su Yiren, director of the clinical research group of the National Institutes of Health, and the National Cheng Kung University School of Medicine jointly researched this discovery, which has been published in four important international medical journals including "Cancer Gene", which is a major breakthrough in liver cancer research in Taiwan. It is also a great contribution to the three million hepatitis B carriers in China. But when it will be used clinically, Su Yiren said, wait until the large-scale research is completed.
Su Yiren pointed out that the cancer-causing mechanism of liver B is something domestic and foreign medical circles have always wanted to uncover. The research team of the National Institutes of Health and National Cheng Kung University tracked 200 liver B carriers. After ten years, 25 of them were found to have Among the carriers of the pre-S mutant strain, 14 people developed liver cancer, with a rate of 56%. Among the 175 carriers who did not carry this mutant strain, the rate of developing liver cancer was only 100%. Twenty-eight per cent.
Su Yiren pointed out that the rate of carrying the mutant strain is directly proportional to the time of carrying the liver B. The rate of carrying the mutant strain is only 3 to 5% for those aged 20 to 29, and as high as 100% for those aged 50 to 59. Forty-five percent, sixty to seventy years old up to 64%.
Su Yiren said that the National Institutes of Health is cooperating with Chengda University School of Medicine, the CDC, and the Institute of Epidemiology of National Taiwan University to conduct a three-year, large-scale prospective study, which is expected to collect 2,000 cases to confirm the presence of pre-S. Carcinogenic mechanism, after confirmation of this large-scale study, will further try to use this result for clinical screening.

"Readers, please see that the whole article did not raise an important point, that is, why do hepatitis B carriers produce this mutant strain, and some do not? The real main reason for hepatitis B carriers to become liver cancer is these people Irregular daily life, I like to stay up late to be a night owl, I like to drink, and it is caused by a life of feasting and feasting. If you are a hepatitis B carrier, please don’t be nervous. You just need to pay attention to a normal diet, a regular life, do more exercise, and practice more Qigong , don’t take harmful western medicine and life-threatening vitamins, and you won’t get liver cancer.
