3. Internal heat, suffocation (mào) boredom: This is the manifestation of inner annoyance and heat. The so-called suffocation, Wang Qingren explained himself, means being overwhelmed with trivial matters.
4. Heart palpitations, insomnia and dreaminess, irritability and irritability: This is more obvious, and they are all manifestations of liver qi discomfort, and even more vigorous anger.
5. Hot flashes at dusk, dark lips or dark eyes: this is the symptom of blood stasis, if coupled with dark red tongue, or tongue with ecchymosis, petechiae, astringent or stringy pulse, then a clear diagnosis can be made .
