Having a cup of hot, mellow coffee every day can not only refresh your mind and satisfy your taste buds, but studies have now shown that hot coffee can help reduce the incidence of liver cancer.
The Japanese Tokyo Cancer Association has conducted a long-term study on more than 90,000 people. The results show that the probability of liver cancer in people who drink coffee every day or often is half that of those who never drink coffee. The researchers pointed out that the exact reason why drinking coffee reduces liver cancer is still uncertain. However, coffee contains a lot of antioxidant substances, which may be the reason for inhibiting liver cancer.
