Life-saving Diet" Want to cut breasts? Still got breast cancer?

Ten years ago in the spring, I was sitting in my office at Cornell University when a woman called me and asked about breast cancer.
"My family has a strong history of breast cancer," said the woman, Betty. "My mother and grandmother both died of breast cancer, and my 45-year-old sister was recently diagnosed, so I really couldn't I’m not worried about my nine-year-old daughter. She’s about to menstruate, and I’m really worried about her risk of breast cancer.” Her voice was full of fear: “I read many research reports that family medical history is very important. Get away with it, and even want her to have a mastectomy, take both breasts off. What do you suggest?" (Really stupid as hell.)
This lady was in a dilemma--should the daughter be killed, or should she be breastless? Although it seems quite exaggerated, thousands of women around the world face similar problems every day, (no breasts are actually more likely to get breast cancer.)
Early detection may not necessarily cure
Concerned about genetics and family history, women are getting breast cancer screenings. Although screening is a necessary step, especially for those with breast cancer genes, don’t forget that breast cancer cannot be prevented by mammography or genetic testing alone! Screening is just an observation to see if the disease has developed to an observable state, and the results of "early detection and early treatment" are only because "if the disease is detected early, the survival rate in the previous few years will of course be relatively improved." , not really that the treatment modality has improved. (Now finally telling the truth.)
So, what can we do, it depends? Remove both breasts before you get cancer? At present, another way is to take tamoxifen to reduce the concentration of estrogen. Although tamoxifen is the most well-known drug for preventing breast cancer, its effect is questionable, and it may also increase the risk of stroke, uterine cancer, cataract and other diseases. (Besides breast cancer, taking this drug, there are so many sequelae, what should readers do?)
Risks of anti-estrogen drugs
In addition to screening and the mastectomy that Betty mentioned before, there are still other ways to prevent breast cancer that are being promoted, including taking drugs such as tamoxifen (scientific name tamoxifen). (The American Association of Western Medicine said this because they do not understand the theory of Chinese medicine. To prevent breast cancer without any side effects, only real Chinese medicine can do it.)
Tamoxifen is the best-known drug for preventing breast cancer, though its long-term benefits remain unclear. Moreover, although the overall benefits of using drugs to prevent breast cancer still outweigh the risks, tamoxifen may increase the risk of stroke, uterine cancer, cataracts, deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism and other diseases. Because of this, there are still many researches going on, hoping to find other drugs to replace tamoxifen, but the alternative drugs either have limited efficacy or have the same side effects. (Why not ask Chinese medicine.)
Tamoxifen and similar newer drugs are "anti-estrogen" drugs; since estrogen has been linked to increased breast cancer risk, these drugs reduce the activity of estrogen in order to be effective. However, why not look at it from another angle, at present, there has already been sufficient information to show that an all-plant diet low in animal protein and fat can reduce the concentration of estrogen. (That's the correct statement.)
It's still a matter of eating
Although women with a family history of breast cancer have a higher chance of developing breast cancer, genes are not enough to determine whether a person will develop cancer. Studies have shown that only 3% of all breast cancer cases can be attributed to genes, and food nutrition plays a role role is more important. The increased risk of breast cancer is associated with high exposure to female hormones (estrogen and luteinizing hormone). Studies have pointed out that a diet rich in animal foods will not only increase the concentration of female hormones, but also lead to earlier age at menstruation and delayed age at menopause. After that, it greatly prolongs the time that women are in high estrogen, which in turn increases the chance of breast cancer. (The U.S. FDA allows cattle farmers to use estrogen to raise cows in captivity, so as to increase milk production. Readers say it’s not scary?)
Studies have shown that a diet of eight to ten-year-old girls with daily intake of fat (less than 28%) and low animal food content (cholesterol no more than 150mg) can reduce several factors that promote puberty after seven years. The concentration of female hormones is 20% to 30% (progesterone is even reduced by 50%), which means that, in fact, as long as a small diet is adjusted, the chances of girls suffering from breast cancer in the future can be greatly reduced. (Very correct direction.)
The influence of genes and environmental hormones on breast cancer is far less than the food we choose, women with high breast cancer risk! In addition to doing what you can, taking medicine for life or having your breast removed early, you have a fourth choice, that is - no animal food! (Animal food can be eaten, but it is necessary to determine the farmers in captivity, use the correct way to raise them, and not abuse antibiotics and estrogen, etc.)
★A diet rich in animal protein will prolong a woman's childbearing age by 9 to 10 years, and the increase in childbearing age will increase the risk of breast cancer.
★The estrogen concentration of Chinese women is only half of that of British women. The estrogen exposure of Chinese women is 35% to 40% lower than that of British and American women. The breast cancer rate of Chinese women is one-fifth of that of British women.
(This has already shown that British and American women drink milk, take western medicine and vitamins more frequently than Chinese women, so this phenomenon occurs.)
Comment
The number of people suffering from breast cancer continues to rise every year. The reasons are due to diet and love to take western medicine and various vitamins, coupled with excessive life pressure, or political disputes, which make people feel depressed and unhappy. These are various reasons It is the main reason for the increase in breast cancer deaths. The cause of breast cancer is the power of the heart. Any diet or medicine that will harm the heart must be avoided. Antibiotics and painkillers can damage the heart. Feeling depressed and unhappy, excessive intake of vitamins will feed cancer cells, milk and dairy products contain estrogen content, so they should not be eaten, and unhappiness in marriage can also cause women to get breast cancer. The above reasons are just my preliminary thoughts If I have a chance in the future, I will add data to let readers know at any time, so please be patient.
