Due to my limited writing skills and low level of education, I have never been able to pick up a pen. Today I mustered up the courage to write about my sugar control experience. The main thing is to learn from everyone, control sugar better, control sugar happily, and become a healthy and happy sugar person.
I am an amazing person. I am 64 years old. When you see my profile picture, you may not believe that I am already an old man in my sixties. Although I have entered old age, I have a young heart. I have type 2 diabetes. When I was diagnosed in 2011, I was not surprised or panicked at all, because there are several people with diabetes in my family, and I have been struggling with this for more than ten years. In order to prevent diabetes from getting to me, I I kept exercising every day, but in the end I didn't escape my bad luck. Because I had no time to take care of my grandson, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes a year after taking care of my grandson. I didn’t know how to adjust it at first, so I ate everything and had to eat very full. I checked my blood sugar once a month when I went to the hospital to prescribe medicine. Gradually, I took more and more medicine. Later, under the guidance of the doctor, I changed to taking insulin and added more. Material control.
It turned out that I was alone and wanted to find an organization where someone could guide me on how to control my sugar. Last August, I finally found my first organization, Sugar Nurse. I joined the Q group in July and the WeChat group in August. There are so many experts in it. I like singing and dancing. This gives me the best foundation for sugar control. After receiving guidance from experts, my glycation level dropped from 7.5 in July to 6.5 in September. Through constant efforts, diet, exercise, and medication, I have basically mastered the rules of my own sugar control. I will work harder in the future. Learn more from everyone, control your blood sugar, and be a happy and healthy sugar person.
