From looking down on Chinese medicine to falling in love with Chinese medicine
My learning history of Chinese medicine

Thinking back to myself more than a year ago now, just like many people who look down on Chinese medicine now, the me a year ago makes the me now feel ashamed.

The story is divided into two parts. Now I am eager to learn Chinese medicine. I will study "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and "Golden Chamber" by myself after work. The power of Chinese medicine fascinates me. I also try to use my "experience" of studying for a year Treating family diseases, I am most excited when it comes to this. My mother coughs every winter, my father’s legs hurt, my nephew’s eyes are dry (children always touch their eyes with saliva), and my brother’s one-year-old I cured the fever of twins within a year, and the viral cold diagnosed by the hospital. This is my greatest pride. Now my parents trust me very much, and I also bought a lot of medical books that I know for my mother to read at home. My mother is also studying while helping my brother take care of the children, and then let my father go to the wild to dig dandelions and pick cocklebur... …

I am a typical engineering man with a master’s degree in mechanics. I didn’t talk about traditional Chinese medicine before. I have a deep misunderstanding of Chinese medicine. It is science, and I am always ashamed of disdain for the things of our ancestors. In August and September of last year, I accidentally learned about the "Tao Te Ching" taught by Luo Dalun in the Himalayas (the main reason is that it is free, haha), and I listened to it while walking. "Tao Te Ching" is also completely wrong, I always thought it was about "moral cultivation"! I believe that friends who have heard Dr. Luo's "Tao Te Ching" will have the same reaction as me: "Tao" is very mysterious (I really want to communicate with you in detail, but the topic is not here)! Dr. Luo took me from the material level to the spiritual level. I took everything into consideration and accumulated some "merits" for myself consciously or unconsciously.

Since then, I have great trust and gratitude to Dr. Luo. He led me to a new field. During this period, I read a lot of books about Taoism and Buddhism. My worldview has changed since then. No surprises. Because Dr. Luo is a medical major, I also started to pay attention to medicine. I bought a set of Dr. Luo’s medical books, and I have a new understanding of Chinese medicine. I used perilla leaves to cure my cold. I had already taken western medicine at that time. It hasn't been cured for two days, and the purple perilla leaves will be cured once. I realized that the theory I read in the book really exists! I put aside the prejudices of the past and determined to cure the physical problems of my parents. My parents had a rough life and suffered a lot. When I was in my fifties, I was full of minor problems. I read all of Dr. Luo's books and cured some of my family's minor illnesses. The sense of accomplishment cannot be described in words. At the same time, I found that I have the responsibility and obligation to learn Chinese medicine well. After all, good Chinese medicine is hard to find around me. I got to know another Chinese medicine teacher of mine from the Internet: Ni Haixia. He is humorous and has excellent medical skills. I have learned a lot from his books. Since then, I have stepped into the process of learning classics. I used the learned classics to cure my father's stroke five years ago, which made my determination to learn more firm. I will also do my best to promote Chinese studies And Chinese medicine, in order to make many people no longer be deceived like I was in the past.

This time, I will write a little bit of my experience to express my gratitude that cannot be expressed in words.
