Danish Study: Taking Vitamins Increases Mortality by 5%
According to two new medical studies published on the 28th, taking vitamin pills on a regular basis is not only of little help to health, but may even increase mortality; in addition, taking low-fat dairy products may actually make it more difficult for women to conceive. (I said a long time ago that this kind of Western stuff is for your enemies to eat. Now it is clear that I am right, but what about the people who have died because of it? Can you only blame yourself for being too stupid.)
The vitamin study was published in the latest issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association. Research overturns previous beliefs that taking vitamins A, E, and carotene may protect against heart disease and cancer. (Vitamins are no different than killing you.)
In addition to bringing no benefit, taking vitamin pills, whether single or multivitamin, increased mortality by an average of 5 percent. (Look, eat to guarantee your short life.)
If you look at it separately, taking vitamin A increased the mortality rate by 16%, taking vitamin E increased the mortality rate by 4%, and taking carotene increased the mortality rate by 7%. As for taking vitamin C, the results of the studies are inconsistent, some say it does not increase the mortality rate, and others say that whether taken alone or with other vitamins, it will increase the mortality rate by 6%. Among the vitamins, selenium (Selenium) is the only one with a positive effect, which can reduce the mortality rate by 10%.
Scientists at the University Hospital of Copenhagen, Denmark, conducted an in-depth analysis of more than 200,000 people and pointed out that the public health consequences of taking vitamins should not be underestimated. (I've been calling this vitamin useless and deadly, now I'm right.)
Another study, published in the journal Human Reproduction, found that eating a low-fat diet to prevent heart disease and obesity may have adverse reproductive consequences. (Low-fat is artificial, eat what is in natural food, don't change it.)
The Harvard Medical School study found that women who ate normal amounts of low-fat dairy had a higher rate of pregnancy failure. This low-fat dairy diet appears to affect women's ovulation, which accounts for 12 to 15 percent of infertility problems. In contrast, women who ate a full-fat diet had significantly less infertility due to ovulation problems.
Comment
This research has not been done completely. All kinds of vitamins are not only useless, they have not mentioned the main reason why human beings will shorten their lives after eating them. Now let me add that these harmful vitamins will produce Diseases, eating too much is a burden on the human body, like many cancers are caused by it, which should not be obtained, and this is the real reason for short life.
