Very few patients with perforated cancerous ulcers may also experience severe abdominal pain and signs of peritoneal irritation.

③ Nausea and vomiting: It is also one of the more common symptoms, which can occur in the early stage. Cancer of the gastric antrum may also present symptoms of pyloric obstruction.

④ Hematemesis and melena: When ulcers are formed on the surface of the cancer, hematemesis and melena appear. One-third of patients with gastric cancer often have a small amount of bleeding, most of which are positive for occult blood in the stool, and some may have intermittent melena, but there are also those who seek treatment for a large amount of hematemesis.

⑤ Diarrhea: It may be related to hypochlorhydria, and the stool may be mushy or even diarrhea before dawn. Advanced gastric cancer involving the colon can often cause diarrhea and bloody stools.
